Evidence-Based Tools for Growth and Reflection

This channel brings together contemplative practices with accessible technology. Starting with research-backed exercises from positive psychology—like Best Possible Self journaling from UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center—we're building a library of tools that support genuine reflection.

These practices draw on multiple traditions: mindfulness from Buddhist contemplative lineages, journaling practices from therapeutic contexts, breathing techniques from various somatic traditions. We aim to acknowledge sources while making practices accessible.

Community members—therapists, coaches, practitioners—can contribute tools that have helped them or their clients.
